My name is Ribhashisha Kharkongor, and I work as a Pre-School Teacher at Little Scholar’s Preparatory School, Golf Links, Shillong. I love working in this school because it provides a nurturing and playful environment that sparks curiosity in young minds.
As a teacher, I strive to help tiny explorers build confidence, creativity, and a love for learning. I truly enjoy teaching children because they are like little sponges—curious, energetic, and full of imagination. Watching them grow into confident learners is one of the greatest rewards of being a teacher.
Through teaching, teachers also develop strong bonds with children, their families, and colleagues, creating a supportive learning community. Children learn empathy by sharing toys, patience by waiting for their turn, and creativity by turning simple boxes into magical castles. This strong foundation of lifelong learning is built through play, exploration, and joyful experience

I work as a Preschool teacher in Little Scholar Preparatory School , Golflinks , Shillong .Being a pre-school teacher is a role filled with care, patience, and love. We help young children learn through play, stories, songs, and engaging activities, creating a safe and happy environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and valued. We teach basic life skills such as sharing, listening, good habits, and simple concepts that support early learning.Pre-school teachers play an important role in guiding children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development, laying a strong foundation for their future education. I have always felt at home around children, and I wish to work in a preschool because I am passionate about helping them grow in a fun and safe environment where they feel happy, secure, and encouraged to learn.
